Our nurses at Bee First Home Health accomplish a variety of specialized and highly skilled services, coordinate the treatment plan with the other team members, and communicate with the patient's physician and family.
Skilled Nursing
Occupational therapy is a rehabilitative service for people with physical, developmental, mental or emotional impairments that reestablishes or preserves their ability to perform tasks used in daily living, often through developing ways to modify or adapt activities.
Bee First Home Health evaluates and treats patients in order to increase their self-help and homemaking skills.
Occupational Therapy
Physical therapy uses physical activity, exercise, and additional treatments such as massage to aid in strengthening, healing, and relieving pain after an injury, illness, or operation.
Bee First Home Health evaluates and provides treatment to help patients of all ages increase mobility, strength, balance, and coordination. Therapists also work with family and community resources to maximize the patient's rehabilitation process.
Physical Therapy
Our Medical social workers are patient advocates and counselors who perform social service assessments, refer patients and families to medical resources and provide patient and family assistance in obtaining community resources. Most importantly, a medical social worker works to assure that the best interests of the patient are being met.
Social Worker
Home health aides help people with disabilities, chronic illness, or cognitive impairment with activities of daily living. They often help older adults who need assistance. In some states, home health aides may be able to give a client medication or check the client’s vital signs under the direction of a nurse or other healthcare practitioner.
