Primary Home Care Services

Community Attendant Services (CAS) – CAS consists of non-technical, medically related personal care and home management services. Both are provided by a qualified attendant according to your doctor’s statement of medical needs. Services are available to eligible patients whose health issues prevent them from performing daily activities.

Star Plus Waiver (CBS) / Non Waiver Program – Star Plus Waiver services include Adaptive Aids, Personal Care and Respite Care. These services can be provided in the comfort of your home or nursing facility.

Community Living Assistance and Support Services (CLASS) – CLASS is a high-quality program which provides the necessary help and support for adults and children with disabilities to live independently at home and in the community.

Family Care (FC) Services – Family Care services, such as escort, home management and personal care, are provided by a Bee First attendant and do not typically require the supervision of a registered nurse.

Medically Dependent Children’s Program (MDCP) – MDCP provides services including Adaptive Aids, Adjunct Support Services (ADL) and Minor Home Modifications to support families caring for medically dependent children. These services also ease the transition for children in nursing homes.

Access and Assistance – Access and assistance services provide information and aid that identifies, supports and meets the needs of the elderly and their familial caregivers.

Primary Home Care (PHC) – Anyone requiring assistance with performing basic activities such as eating, bathing and Home Management is eligible to receive home care services under the PHC program.

Private Pay Available – A variety of private pay service options are available to patients not eligible to receive Medicaid funding to receive long-term home health care.
